CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD

The randomly generated passwords on iJane are so hard to remember! If you would like to change your password, here’s a guide for how to do it:

1) Log in using your current password.

2) Click Dashboard in the upper left corner. Or, you may need to mouse over Jane Monterey (also in the upper left corner), then click Dashboard. (Note: I’m not sure you can access the dashboard if you are using the mobile theme, so you may need to do this on your regular computer instead of your phone, or disable the mobile theme using the on/off button at the bottom of your phone’s screen.)

3) Click Profile in the upper left corner.

4) Scroll down to New Password.

5) Enter your new password twice.

6) Click Update Profile at the bottom of the screen to save the new password.

7) To return to the regular website, click Jane Monterey at the top of the screen.

LOST YOUR PASSWORD?

If you ever lose your password, you can request another password by going to the log in page and clicking Lost your password? to request a new password. You will need to enter either your username or email address and then a new, randomly generated password will be sent to you.
